Stonegate Protein Group began with a single opportunity during the early days of the pandemic: access to authentic Japanese A5 Wagyu.

It was unlike anything we had encountered before. A small group of friends committed to sharing the first order, and it was spoken for within a day. The next shipment moved just as quickly. What began as curiosity became a genuine appreciation for exceptional protein—and a commitment to understanding what makes it exceptional.

Over the following years, we studied grades, cuts, producers, regions, handling, and sourcing. Our circle grew from friends and family to a wider network of people seeking products they could not find through traditional channels. At the same time, we worked our way through the supply chain, building relationships with direct importers and trusted suppliers to create a shorter, more reliable path to premium products.
